1. Driving License & ID Requirements
- Valid Two-Wheeler License: You must possess a valid, permanent Indian Two-Wheeler Driving License (screenshots or Learner's Licenses are not accepted). Original physical bikeds or verified documents on DigiLocker / mParivahan are mandatory.
- International Tourists: You must present your original home country license along with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Official "Yellow" Number Plates: Only ride rental bikes with a black background and yellow numbers. Riding a white-plate (private) bike as a rental is illegal; the police will impound the bike instantly, leaving you stranded.
2. Mandatory Helmet Laws
- The Double-Helmet Rule: Helmets are strictly mandatory for both the rider and the pillion passenger on all highways and major roads in Goa.
- Always keep your helmet strapped securely. Traffic police heavily fine riders for unstrapped or missing helmets.
3. Restricted Zones & Bridge Bans
- No Crossing State Borders: Your rental bike has a permit valid only within the state of Goa. You are strictly prohibited from riding the bike into neighboring Maharashtra or Karnataka.
- Bridge Restrictions: Two-wheelers are legally banned on major bridges like the Atal Setu in Panaji. Always use the service bridges or designated alternative routes.
- No Riding on Beaches: Riding any vehicle on Goa's beaches is strictly illegal. Doing so will result in heavy police fines, vehicle damage charges, and potential arrest.
4. Traffic Violations, Fines, & Safety
- Zero Tolerance for Drunk Driving: Goa Police actively conduct breathalyzer tests, especially at night near beach belts (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Palolem). Drunk driving bikeries heavy fines, vehicle impoundment, and jail time.
- Tripling is Prohibited: Legally, only two people are allowed on a scooter or motorcycle. Riding with three people will invite immediate fines.
- Traffic Fines (E-Challans): Any traffic violation caught on CCTV cameras or by traffic police (parking in no-parking zones, jumping signals, speeding) will generate an e-challan. The customer is 100% financially responsible for all fines incurred during the rental period. Including parking tickets and towing charges.
5. Fuel & Vehicle Maintenance
- Fuel Policy: Bikes are typically provided on a dry basis (with just enough fuel to get you to the nearest petrol station). Please locate the nearest fuel station immediately after picking up the bike. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at checkout.
- Check Before You Ride: Before leaving the rental hub, inspect the bike and take a 360-degree walk around video of its condition. This protects you from being wrongfully blamed for pre-existing scratches or damages.

Rental Terms & Conditions
- Standard Policy: The original ID will be securely kept with us during your rental period and returned upon vehicle drop-off.
- Alternative Policy: If you prefer not to leave your original ID, an additional ₹5,000 security deposit will be required before trip commencement.
- Timing & Duration: Our standard rental cycle runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The minimum booking duration is 2 days.
- Late Returns: Please return the vehicle on time to avoid additional or full-day rental charges.
- Damage & Safety: You are financially responsible for any damages caused by negligence, rash driving, or misuse.
- Cleanliness: The bike must be returned in the same clean condition as it was received.
- Deposit Refunds: Your security deposit will be processed immediately after a full vehicle inspection, subject to any pending fines or damage deductions.

Understanding Our 24-Hour Rental Cycle
Our rental day runs from 9:00 AM on Day 1 to 9:00 AM on Day 2.
Example Scenario (2-Day Minimum Booking):
- Pick-up: Friday at 2:00 PM
- Drop-off: Sunday by 9:00 AM
Important Note on Timing: Even if you pick up the bike late on Friday (e.g., 2:00 PM), it must still be returned by 9:00 AM on Sunday to avoid late fees. Returning it at 2:00 PM on Sunday would count as an extra day.
