The package includes a guided tour of the farm and spice/herbal plantation, access to the pool, a rain dance session (for groups), buffet lunch, and evening tea with a snack. Our farm is home to 30–40 species of birds; a professional guide for birdwatching can be arranged at an additional charge. Swimming Pool — A swimming pool (4 ft depth) is available for guests, along with a separate children’s pool. Spice & Herbal Plantation Walk — A guided walk through our spice and herbal plantation is available, accompanied by our trained staff, who share insights into the plants and their uses. Farm — The property also maintains a working farm cultivating a variety of vegetables and fruits.

Check-in from 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs); check-out by 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) The property comprises 9 cottages and 1 three-bedroom villa, set across 20 acres of riverfront landscape. Cottage tariff: ₹4,000(breakfast included, plus applicable government taxes) for 2 guests, with an additional guest chargeable at ₹1,000 + taxes. Villa tariff: ₹15,000 (breakfast included) for up to 6 guests, with an additional guest chargeable at ₹1,000 + taxes. Swimming Pool — A swimming pool (4 ft depth) is available for guests, along with a separate children’s pool. Children’s Play Area — A dedicated play area with swings and slides is available for younger guests. River Activities — Kayaking and boat rides are offered on the river flowing through the property, with all safety equipment provided.
